In 2013 he created Nimble Mobile, one of the first mobile first agencies in London and launched the BBC Top Gear news app, which got over 1 million downloads in 18 months. He co founded the mobile order start up Q App which sold to Yoyo Wallet in 2016.
He also has a background in journalism, writing for the Huffington Post, The Guardian and other publications.
Since 2016 Tim has been heavily involved with property development, running a number of redevelopment and new build schemes in London and East Anglia. He works closely with his brother in Bannerchoice Developments, a family firm started by his father Pierre.
Tim is passionate about modern building techniques and energy saving technologies. He believes that heat pumps are the future of domestic heating in the UK and started WeLoveHeatPumps to provide simple, unbiased information to UK consumers.
“When you look at Continental Europe, even in cold Scandinavian countries, heat pumps are a no-brainer. It’s always bothered me why we have such a different opinion of them here. My mission is to educate and inform the British Public and to get them comfortable with installing heat pumps in their homes”.
